Personal Trainer

Strength & Conditioning Coach for Adults – Hustle Denver

Hustle Denver is seeking two highly motivated strength & conditioning coaches/personal trainers to work with both adult clients and high school athletes. Candidates must be organized and eager to build themselves as a business within a business. Hustle Denver is a sports performance training facility that also conducts adult group strength training and personal training. Adult training is designated to the morning and early afternoon hours (5am-3pm), and athletes designated primarliry to the afternoon and evening hours (3pm-9pm). This position will require extreme dedication to growing as a coach and professional.

Essential Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in exercise science or related field (required)

· CSCS Certification -OR- relevant certification AND experience (required)

· Take initiative to grow book of business and clientele (required)

· 2 years of personal training and/or strength training application (required)

· Master’s Degree in exercise science or related field (preferred)

Expectations:

· Attention to detail with registering, communicating, and checking clients in.

· Be knowledgeable about nutrition and hydration as it pertains to each client.

· Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about adult fitness.

· Have great communication and people skills.

· Show all clients respect regardless of skill level.

· Be attentive and listen to client’s needs.

· Must be loud, energetic, involved, and encouraging.

· Give feedback and frequent updates on improving programs to owner.

Requirements:

• Create, deliver, and implement comprehensive training programs.
• Apply knowledge and experience in regard to training/injury prevention for all levels of members/clients.
• Provide the highest level of coaching to clients in group and 1-on-1 training environments.
• Coach in a group environment with energy and enthusiasm toward each individual participant.
• Evaluate members/clients to identify strengths and deficiencies.
• Ensure safe and effective use of equipment
• Build and maintain a consistent client base
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills via verbal, text or email.
• Assist with marketing activities by consistently posting on social media platforms.
• Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and prospects providing high level customer service.
• Assist in facility organization and presentation.
• Learn the POS system and make sure each client is registered and checked in.
• Know our pricing, what we offer and our advantages over competitors.
• Be dependable and honest.
• Must practice what you preach.
• Always be thinking and searching of ways to improve.
• Must have a good attitude and willing to be part of a team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
